泰钢1^#高炉长期封炉及扒炉实践

泰钢1^#高炉通过焊补炉壳、堵严风口、装入水渣、降低冷却强度、关闭炉顶大放散等措施实施了封炉操作。因不具备开炉条件，且料线下降了约7m，因此，通过氮气灭炉，炉顶打水凉炉，进行了清理炉料、炉缸的扒炉操作。高炉炉身4层钩头冷却壁以上的砖衬比较完整，炉身下部、炉腰、炉腹部位完全没有砖衬，说明必须根据炉衬的实际工作状况，制定有效的抑制边缘气流的措施并且加强高炉炉身中下部、炉腰、炉腹的冷却制度管理，才能延长一代炉龄。
