存在裂纹缺陷的焊接箱形梁的可靠度计算

摘    要:依据焊接构件疲劳裂纹扩展存在临界速率的事实,对给定裂纹长度下焊接缺陷梁的疲劳可靠度计算方法进行了研究.并运用蒙特卡洛方法,结合桥式起重机焊接箱形梁的疲劳试验统计数据,对给定裂纹长度时缺陷梁的可靠度的计算方法进行验算.结果表明,该研究方法较好地反映了焊接箱形梁的可靠度和裂纹长度及应力幅之间的关系,为已存在缺陷的焊接箱形梁的可靠度计算提供了理论依据.

Abstract:A reliability analysis is conducted based on the notion that growing fatigue fracture will reach a critical rate. This study focuses on a welded component, the fracture length of which is restricted in a certain range. During a fatigue testing for welded box beams in a gantry crane, statistical data are further evaluated using a so-called Monte Carlo method. It is demonstrated that a correlation amongst the structural reliability,fracture length and stress amplitude is detected upon the welded component effectively. As a result, this approach provides a reliable method to analyze welded box beams with fractures.
