| 摘 要： | 本文结合湖南省官塘泵站的工程实践，对大型轴流泵站停泵水锤进行了计算分析研究．官塘泵站采用64ZLB—50型轴流系，二台机组并联后经压力水箱再汇流至一干管的输水方式．由于拍门在停泵的水力过程中迅速关闭，致使水锤压力骤然升高，压力水箱和出水管出现裂缝而影响了泵站的正常运行．为此提出了采用调压塔进行水锤防护的技术措施，研究表明，在大型轴流泵站中，调压塔是一种经济、安全、可靠的水锤防护措施．

| Abstract: | Based on the engineering practice at Guangtang pump station,the authors have made acalculation and analysis of the water hammer in a large axial flow pump station out of operation causedby electrical power failure. The pump station is equipped with two pump units of type 64ZLB- 50 axial flow pumps in parallel. The water is carried through a pressure tank and pipes to pump one-waygate. Since the one-way gate is closed rapidly in fluid transients caused by power failure, the waterhammer pressure suddenly increases very high,thus causing the cracks in the pressure tank and pipes.This paper introduces the application of surge tower to the pump station and discusses the measures ofwater hammer protection. Studies show that the application of the surge tower is an economical,safeand reliable protective device for water hammer in a large axial flow pump station. |
