南水北调调蓄工程经济性的探讨

Economic Analysis on Regulating Reservoirs in "South to North Water Transfer" Project

In this paper, the technical-economic parameters of two kinds of reservoirs were analysed. The first kind of reservoirs has been built and situated in high place, nearby the west of the middle line project for "South to North Water Transfer", it is named "high reservoir", for example, the Huangbizhuang reservoir. Another one is waiting for building and situated in low plain, it is named "low reservoir" such as the Dalongdian reservoir. The cost of water supply originating from the first kind of reservoir is less than the last one. So we come to this conclusion: it would be reasonable in economy for utilizing unoccupied storage capacity of "high reservoir" to regulate the water diverted from "South to North Water Transfer" Project.
