摘    要:水资源是人类赖以生存的基础性自然资源,本文在分析现有资料的基础上,对水资源承载能力的概念、内涵和基本特性进行了科学界定和归纳.提出水资源承载能力是水资源对经济社会发展的支撑的规模,它具有明显的空间内涵和时间内涵;综述了水资源承载能力计算方法的研究进展,将水资源承载能力评价方法分为经验估算法、指标体系评价方法和复杂系统分析方法;最后指出存在的问题及水资源承载能力研究的发展方向.

Abstract:Water resources is one of the most fundamental natural resources for human being existence. Based on an analysis of available information, the authors discussed the concept, connotation and characteristics of water resources carrying capacity. The water resources carrying capacity can be defined as a supporting capability to the social and economic development. The development of research works on water resources carrying capacity was summarized systematically and the evaluation methods were classified into 3 types, i.e., empirical estimation method, index system evaluation method and complicated system analysis method. The problems existing in this field were pointed out and the research trend in the future was prospected.
