1/4椭圆螺旋折流板换热器性能的数值模拟

摘    要:运用大型CFD分析软件FLUENT在简化模型的基础上进行数值模拟,对比分析了1/4椭圆螺旋折流板换热器壳程的传热及阻力性能随螺旋角度变化的规律. 结果表明,在相同的操作条件下,1/4椭圆螺旋折流板换热器的传热及壳程阻力性能都随着螺旋角度的增大而减小,其中以螺旋角度为35o的综合传热性能最好. 此外,在相同的螺旋角下,1/4椭圆螺旋折流板换热器的综合性能优于1/4扇形螺旋折流板以及普通弓形折流板换热器.

Abstract:According to the numerical simulation by the CFD software FLUENT, the pressure drop and heat transfer for the shell-and-tube heat exchanger with the quarter-ellipse helical baffles with different helix angles (25o, 30o, 35o, 40o, 45o, 50o) were investigated. The results indicate that the heat transfer rate and pressure drop both decrease when the helix angle is increased. And the heat exchanger has the best overall performance when the helix angle is 35o. Among the different baffles, the quarter-ellipse helical baffle has better overall performance, compared with the segmental baffle and the quarter-sector helical baffle with the same helix angle.
