真空熔结镍基合金涂层性能的研究

摘    要:为提高零件的表面性能,在真空炉中采用熔结镍基合金获得了连接牢固、高硬度的涂层.采用扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射、显微硬度等研究了真空熔结镍基合金涂层的微观组织、断口形貌等特征.结果表明,在真空烧结镍基合金Ni60与45钢的界面处出现了薄而白亮的熔合带,该白亮带由镍元素溶入45钢基体形成,涂层的显微硬度最高为935HV,其断口呈韧窝的韧性断裂.

Abstract:To improve the surface property of workpiece, using vacuum sintered Ni-Based alloy, firmly joining coating with high hardness can be obtained. The microstructure and fracture morphology of the vacuum fusion sintering Ni60 alloy coating are studied by SEM, EDS, XRD and micro-hardness. The results show that white and bright belt is formed in interface between Ni60 alloy coating and steel matrix. The most micro-hardness is 935HV and the fracture morphology is ductile fracture.
