天池矿401工作面瓦斯钻孔抽放参数研究

摘    要:煤层瓦斯抽放是解决煤矿瓦斯问题最根本、最有效的措施。为了寻求合理的钻孔抽放参数,应用Fluent流体力学数值模拟软件,分析不同抽放负压、钻孔直径、抽放时间、封孔深度条件下的钻孔抽放半径和抽放量,得到各因素对煤层瓦斯抽放效果的影响规律。结合天池矿401工作面现场实测数据,得出适合该矿15#煤层瓦斯钻孔抽放参数。

Abstract:Coal seam gas drainage is the most fundamental and most effective measure to solve the problem of coal mine gas.In order to find the reasonable drilling drainage parameters,the fluent fluid dynamics simulation software is applied to analyze drill drainage radius and drainage volume under the different drainage negative pressure,borehole diameter,drainage time and sealing depth.The influence laws of various factors on coal seam gas drainage effect were obtained.Combined with the measured data of Tianchi 401 working face,the 15th coal seam gas drilling drainage parameters of the mine was obtained.
