摘    要:目的综述了近年来多糖基抗菌膜制备的研究进展,为多糖基抗菌薄膜材料进一步的制备与发展提供科学的研究基础。方法通过对已有研究的现状和研究结果分析和总结,介绍了多糖基抗菌膜基材的种类、制备方法的研究进展。结果共混、浇铸、涂覆及静电纺丝等物理手段,溶解-插入的表面改性方式及化学交联法,为多糖基抗菌膜制备的主要方式。结论物理手段为常用制膜方式,故对天然抗菌剂的开发需求迫切。单一多糖基抗菌膜综合性能不足,应用容易受限,复合膜综合性能良好,但阻隔性能及缓释机理有待进一步研究。

Abstract:The paper aims to overview the research progress in preparation of polysaccharide-based antibacterial membrane in recent years so as to provide a scientific basis for further preparation and development of polysaccharide-based antibacterial membrane. Based on analysis and summary of existing research status and results, the types and preparation methods of polysaccharide-based antibacterial membrane substrate were introduced. Physical means such as blending, casting, coating and electrospinning, dissolution-insertion, and chemical cross-linking were the main methods for preparation of polysaccharide-based antibacterial membranes. Physical means are commonly used to make membrane, thus it is urgent to develop natural antibacterial agent. The comprehensive performance of single polysaccharide-based antibacterial membrane is insufficient, its application is easily limited, and the comprehensive performance of composite membrane is good, but the barrier performance and slow release mechanism need to be further studied.
