摘    要:采用选冶联合方法处理铜转炉烟尘 ,烟尘经水浸、固液分离后 ,浸出液用湿法操作脱除杂质铁、砷 ,以海绵铜的形式回收有价金属铜 ,以ZnSO·7H2 O的形式回收有价金属锌 ;浸出渣则通过摇床选出铜精矿、次精矿和中矿直接返回转炉

Abstract:Copper converter dusts were treated by dressing metallurgy combination method. The new process could be described as follows: The dusts were leached with water, then solid (leached mud) was separated from liquid (leachate). Iron and arsenic in the leachate were removed with hydrometallurgical operation , the valuable copper was recovered in the form of sponge copper, and the valuable zinc in the form of ZnSO 4.7H 2O;The mud was dressed with the wabbler to prepare copper concentrates, secondary copper concentrates and middlings, and all of them were charged to the converter.
