| 摘 要： | 用X射线衍射方法,分析可锻铸铁等温淬火组织中的残余奥氏体。提出一近似方法,即通过残余奥氏体晶格参数的测定间接估算出等温淬火可锻铸铁中的碳化物析出量,并对现有奥氏体晶格参数与固溶含碳量关系的一些公式进行了比较。这为X射线衍射方法的应用提出一个新方向。

| Abstract: | Deals with study and analysis of the retained austenite of austempered malleable cast iron by x-ray diffraction. An approximate method was proposed: the amount of precipitated carbide in austempered structure is indirectly estimated by determining the lattice parameter of retained austenite. Some relationships between austenite lattice parameter and solid solubility of carbon have been compared with. This work suggests a new trend for application of the X-ray diffraction technique. |
