摘    要:研究清楚离心机转鼓参数与转鼓应力、变形的关系,是保证其在安全的工作状态下,对转鼓进行参数优化的基础。在诸多参数中,对转鼓3个主要参数:转速、转鼓壁厚和液池深度进行分析研究。结果表明,各种载荷下转鼓的最大径向位移均与转速的二次方成比例,且随着转速的增加,会导致转鼓径向变形增大;正常工况(Fw+Pc)下的应力SINT(SINT为第三强度理论的等效应力)最大值随着转鼓壁厚的减小而增大,但增大的幅度较小;转鼓的总径向位移最大值和物料离心压力引起的径向位移的最大值均随着液池深度的增加而增大,但增长速度缓慢;转鼓自身质量离心力产生的径向位移与转鼓的液池深度无关。这些数据将为己有的卧螺离心机的改造优化和工程实际应用提供设计依据。

Abstract:To study clearly on the relationship between the parameters of rotary drum of centrifuge and stress of rotary drum is the foundation for ensuring to carrying out parametric optimization on rotary drum under safety working status.Within a good deal of parameters,an analytical research was carried out on three main parameters: rotary speed,wall thickness and depth of liquid container of rotary drum.The result shows that the maximum radial displacements of rotary drum,under various kinds of loading,will all in proportion with the square of rotary speed and will lead to an increase in radial deformation of rotary drum along with the increase of rotary speed.The maximum value of stress SINT(SINT is the equivalent stress of the third strength theory) under normal working status(F_w P_c) will increase along with the decrease of wall thickness of rotary drum,but the amplitude of increase is comparatively small.The maximum value of total radial displacement of rotary drum and the maximum value of radial displacement caused by centrifugal pressure of materials will all increase along with the increase of depth of liquid container,yet the raising speed is slow.The radial displacement produced by centrifugal force of selfmass of rotary drum has nothing to do with the depth of liquid container of rotary drum.These data will provide basis of design for the transformation and optimization of the existed horizontal spiral centrifuge and the practical application in engineering.
