炼油化工厂皂化废水处理工程的技术改造

摘    要:分析了某炼油化工废水处理厂原处理工艺存在的问题,提出了利用炼油化工废水作为稀释水综合处理环氧丙烷皂化废水的改造方案。运行实践表明,当进水COD为1800~2200ms/L时,出水COD为160~300mg/L,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的二级标准。最后对改造经验进行了总结。

Abstract:By making analysis on the problems existing in original treatment process of a chemical industry wastewater treatment plant,the modification scheme for comprehensive treatment of propylene oxide(PO) saponification wastewater by using oil refinery and petrochemical wastewater as dilution water was presented.The running result shows that when the influent COD is 1 800-2 200 mg/L,the effluent COD will be 160-300 mg/L,reaching II-class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).Finally,the modification experiences were summarized.
