摘    要:
本文建立了一种采用预浓缩技术-离子色谱法测定硬盘部件表面痕量阴离子的方法。通过纯水对硬盘部件表面进行清洗,溶于水的表面痕量阴离子采用预浓缩技术浓缩富集,离子色谱进行测定。该方法选择的色谱条件是采用IonPac AS12A离子交换柱,碳酸盐等度淋洗,抑制型电导检测。用该方法对实际硬盘部件表面的痕量阴离子进行测定,测定结果加标回收率在96%~104%,具有灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简单等特点。

Abstract:
In this work, a preconcentration and ion chromatography method for the determination of trace anions on the surface of hard disk has been developed. Trace anions on the surface of magnetic head samples were washed with DI water, and then the anions was determined by IC with preconcentration technique. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: the analytical column was IonPac AS 12A anion-exchange column, Carbonate was used as the eluent at a isocratic flow rate, the detection was performed by a suppressed conductive detector.. Using this method, trace anions on the surface of hard disk sample was determinated and the recovery was between 96% and 104%. The proposed method is simple, and has high sensitivity and good selectivity.
