Methods of Improving Operating Efficiency of Hydrogen Nitrogen Compressor

Hydrogen nitrogen compressor is one of the key equipments in synthetic ammonia production, which can provide power for gas pumping and chemical reaction, the operating efficiency of hydrogen nitrogen compressor is the main factor determining the cost of ammonia synthesis process. In this paper, the reason of causing low capacity of hydrogen nitrogen compressor in the process of synthetic ammonia unit operating is analyzed and the corresponding measure of increasing the capacity is adopted to achieve the pur- pose of improving the production of synthetic ammonia.
