纳米成核剂对三水醋酸钠蓄热性能的影响

摘    要:三水醋酸钠是一种熔点适宜,潜热值较高的相变储热材料,在太阳能热利用方面具有广泛的应用前景。但是在其凝固过程中,相分离和过冷问题严重影响了蓄热性能,限制了其应用。以几种纳米材料(纳米氧化铝、纳米铜、碳纳米管)为成核剂,实验分析了三水醋酸钠蓄热性能的变化情况,结果表明质量分数2%的Al_2O_3、1%的Cu、2%的碳纳米管在自然分散下就能够消除三水醋酸钠的过冷,且纳米成核剂可以提高三水醋酸钠的导热性能。

Abstract:Sodium Acetate Trihydrate(SAT), which has appropriate melting point and high latent heat value, is a promising phase change material for its wide application prospect in the solar energy utilization.However, the supercooling and phase segregation problems during the freezing process seriously affected the heat storage performance, which limit its application.In this study, the effect of several nanoparticles(Al2O3, Cu, carbon nanotubes) as nucleating agents for SAT are experimental investigated.The results show that the additions of 2% Al2O3, 1% Cu, 2% carbon nanotubes naturally dispersed in sodium acetate trihydrate are able to eliminate the supercooling and improve the performance of thermal conductivity of Sodium Acetate Trihydrate.
