盱眙黏土团粒大小对填料水稳性影响试验

摘    要:为研究盱眙黏土团粒大小对改良填料水稳性的影响,结合苏北某高速公路工程实际,对不同团粒粒径的石灰土、新型固化土的8组试样进行了加州承载比试验。结果表明:石灰土、新型固化土的膨胀量、吸水量随团粒粒径的增大表现为先减小后增大的趋势,而加州承载比值随团粒粒径的增大则表现为先增大后减小的趋势。同时,对比两种改良方法,新型固化剂的整体改良效果好于灰土,且在较大的团粒粒径处达加州承载比最大值,同时填料水稳性受团粒粒径影响不及灰土大。在以上试验结果的基础上,就盱眙黏土的团粒大小对填料水稳性的影响机理进行了分析和讨论。

Abstract:To study the size effect of clay aggregate in Xuyi on water stability of improved filled material in ahighway project in the north of Jiangsu Province, the California Bearing Ratio(CBR) tests were performed oneight types of samples stabilized by lime and CMSC firming agent which were added into clay with different grainsizes. It is found that the swelling rate and the absorption of water quantity of the lime soil and the improved soilby CMSC firming agent firstly decrease and then increase along with the increasing of average grain size ofaggregates. However, the CBR value of the lime soil and the improved soil by CMSC firming agent firstlyincreases and then decreases along with the increasing of average grain size of aggregates. Meanwhile, throughcomparing the two soil-stabilizing methods, the whole improved effect of improved soil by CMSC firming agent isbetter than the lime soil. The CBR value could reach its maximum more easily when its average grain size ofaggregates is greater than the lime soil. And the size effect of aggregate on the CBR value of improved soil byCMSC firming agent is less than the lime soil. On the basis of the above findings, the influence of aggregate sizeon water stability of studied soils is analyzed and discussed. The conclusion drawn from the test is significant anduseful for further studies on the engineering properties of filled materials.
