电力市场环境下梯级水电站短期优化调度研究

摘    要:分析了电力市场环境下梯级水电站优化调度的特点,提出梯级水电站优化运行三步调度方案,针对不同阶段分别建立了面向电力市场的梯级水电站短期优化调度模型,包括总用水量相同情况下发电效益最大调度模型和总负荷一定条件下耗水量最小调度模型;对遗传算法进行了改进,提高了其收敛速度和求解精度,提出了基于混合遗传算法的模型求解方法.实例研究证明该方法科学可行,对电力市场环境下梯级水电站短期调度运行有较高的参考价值.
