中职中专学生职业生涯规划能力现状分析与教育对策——基于对粤东八所中职中专学校学生的调查研究

对学生进行职业生涯规划教育,可以引导学生及早确立学习目标,明确努力方向,适应激烈的社会竞争。而职业生涯规划教育的最终目的不仅要为学生提供信息、教给技巧、帮助就业,更重要的是要培养学生的职业规划能力。笔者在对粤东地区八所中职中专学校的学生开展抽样调查并对其职业规划能力现状进行分析的基础上,对学校进一步加强和改进职业生涯规划教育,提出相应的教育对策。

On Secondary Vocational School Students＇ Ability of Career Development Planning and the Countermeasures——Based on the Research on Eight Secondary Vocational School Students in East of Guangdong

Career education for students in the college can help students set learning goals as soon as possible,decide on their direction for the future so as to adapt to the intense social competition.Career education aims not only to develop students＇ skills for career,provide them information and career guidance,but,moreover,to cultivate their ability to program their future careers.By conducting a sampling questionnaire survey among students from eight secondary vocational schools in East of Guangdong,the writer analyzes the current situation of the secondary vocational students＇ ability.Based on the analysis,this paper attempts to propose countermeasures to strengthen and improve college students＇ ability to career development planning.
