智能建造的理论框架与核心逻辑构建

摘    要:智能建造是建筑业转型升级的必然选择。在新一轮科技革命的背景下,建筑业急需改变落后的生产方式,通过科技创新实现产业变革,完成从数字化、网络化到智能化的转型。根据多学科知识体系的定义方法,构建智能建造的理论框架,剖析其核心逻辑。智能建造是利用新一代信息技术的融合,对传统建设活动及流程的智慧化升级,涉及智能决策、智能设计、智能生产、智能施工和智能运维五阶段的全链条活动,其核心逻辑是通过 BIM 模型迭代和 BOM 的数据统一、依赖数据驱动的全链条活动信息集成和业务协同逻辑。提出的理论框架、业务逻辑为智能建造的认知和后续研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The construction sector is ripe for and capable of intelligent transformation. In the context of the emerging technologicalrevolution,the construction sector urgently needs to realize intelligent industrial revolution through technological innovation. Fromthe multidisciplinary knowledge integration perspective,the paper builds the theoretical framework of intelligent construction anddiscusses its core logic. The results show that the intelligent construction is an intelligent upgrade of traditional construction activitiesand processes combined with emerging information technologies. It involves five stages:intelligent decision-making,intelligentdesign,intelligent production,intelligent on-site construction and intelligent operation and maintenance. The core logic is thedata-driven information integration and business collaboration of the entire chain of activities,supported by BIM model iteration andBOM data unification. This theoretical framework and core logic enrich the theoretical system of intelligent construction,and theyprovide a theoretical basis for the cognition and follow-up research of intelligent construction.
