| 摘 要： | 圆弧齿轮传动设计中，诸如工作应力、极限应力等设计参数及其影响因素很多都具有模糊性。为对模糊性进行定量分析处理，本文运用模糊论方法建立了以模糊可靠度等为约束条件，以体积最小为目标的优化数学模型。求解时，则采用了混合离散变量优化方法，以避免优化结果因齿数等离散变量圆整所引起的劣化。实例表明，模糊可靠性优化设计是一种更具科学性、更符合客观实际要求的设计方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper,fuzzy factors in the design of arc teeth cylinder gear drive is consinderd,and the mathematical model of fuzzy reliability optimization design on minimizing volume is established,with taking fuzzy reliability as binding conditions in strenth.By fuzzy theory and method and optimization program that apple to mixed and discrete variable,the optimal solution is found.Example shows that the fuzzy reliability optimization design is a scientific modern design method,becauese factors considerd are concreter and closer to objective practice with this method. |
