稀土元素对T10钢低温盐浴渗铬的影响

摘    要:用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)及显微硬度计研究了稀土元素对T10钢离子渗氮后低温盐浴渗铬的影响.结果表明,稀土能增加渗铬层深度,有助于提高渗氮层的表面硬度.

Abstract:The influence of rare earth elements on low temperature salt-bath chromizing for T10 steel was studied by optical microscope, SEM, XRD and microhardness tester. The results show that the addition of rare earth elements can increase the depth of the chromizing layer and hardnesss of the T10 steel surface.
