| Abstract: | This article introduces some functions and characteristics of WebGIS. It gives some instructions on how to differentiate and control very dangerous matter sources, especially focusing on the methods of the predication of the accidents, the system database technology, the WebGIS technology of XML, and graphics disposing technology of SVG. |
