川北地区黑木耳中锌铁铜微量元素的测定

摘    要:为了解不同产地黑木耳中金属元素含量是否与产地有关,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了绵阳、通江、青川、北川等地黑木耳中铜、铁、锌3种微量元素的含量。样品采用干法灰化和湿法消解进行处理。测定结果表明干法效果较好。同时对方法进行了准确度和精密度测定,其加标平均回收率为97%,RSD<3%。结果表明:4种黑木耳都含有丰富的人体必需的微量元素,不同产地黑木耳中同一种元素的含量不同。

Abstract:Three kinds of trace elements Cu,Fe,Zn in shiitake mushroom,even mushroom,lovesickness fungus,hedgehog hydnum mushroom have been detected and analyzed by flame atom absorption spectrometry separately.The samples were digested by dry process and wet process separately,and extracted by nitric acid.The dry digestion process was more appropriate than wet digestion process.The recovery of standard addition of samples were 97%,relative standard deviation(RSD)<3%.It is suggested that there are rich trace elements for human body in all four kinds of edible fungi.
