基于RS-485总线的有害气体监测系统设计

摘    要:本文以电阻式烟雾传感器和单片机技术为核心,设计了一个能够同时监测温度和有害气体浓度的系统。选用MQ-2型半导体可燃气体敏感元件烟雾传感器实现烟雾的检测,具有灵敏度高、响应快、抗干扰能力强、价格低廉、使用寿命长等优点。主机与从机通过RS-485总线串行通信,设定从机固定发送,主机固定接收。主机设置功能键,分别显示当前时间、温度和有害气体数据。

Abstract:The paper takes the minor smog sensor and the monolithic integrated circuit technology as the core,design a system that can monitor the temperature and the harmful gas density at the same time.In which selects the MQ-2 semiconductor resistance type smog sensor realization amog the examination,has the sensitivity high,responds,the antijamming ability quickly strong and so on the merits,the price is inexpensive,the service life is long.Host and slave procure serial communication adopting the RS-485 bus,we setting the slave to route fixedly and the host to receive fixedly.Setting function keys for the host,which shows the current time,temperature and data of harmful gases respectively.
