| 摘 要： | 范围管理、时间管理、成本管理是软件项目开发过程中的约束因素,也是项目最终能够取得成功的基础,准确的项目范围控制和高水平的管理,可以减少项目开发过程中不必要的麻烦。本文应用项目管理理论,主要分析了在软件项目开发过程中的范围管理,并阐述了范围管理与时间和成本之间的相互关系。

| Abstract: | In the IT project development process,scope management,time management and cost management are ristriction factors,and they are also the foundation in which the project could finally succeed.Accurate project scope control and high level management could release unnecessary troubles in project development.This paper applys the theory of project management,mainly analyses scope management and sets forth the relation of scope management,time and cost. |
