试谈铁路交通运输改革与创新

铁路是一个国家的经济命脉,是国家和社会赖以发展的基础行业,而铁路运输则是其中最重要的一环,在国家交通体系中处于骨干位置。由于我国铁路行业整体基础薄弱、技术落后,使得铁路运输行业成了国企改制的重中之重。因此,本文介绍了我国铁路交通运输行业中存在的问题,并在借鉴国外铁路运输改革先进成果的基础上,对我国铁路运输行业改革的思路进行了初步探讨。并就铁路运输企业从技术、经营理念、内部管理方式等方面的创新进行了论述。

Talking About Reform and Innovation of Rail Transport

Railway is the lifeline of a country＇s economy,the basic industry of the national and social development.And railway transport is one of the most important part of the national transportation system.The weak foundation of the railway industry as a whole,backward technology,made the rail transport industry a top priority in state-owned enterprises reform.Therefore,this paper de-scribes the problems on China＇s railway transportation,discusses transport sector reform ideas on the basis of advanced achievements of foreign railway transport reform.Finally,the technology,management philosophy,internal management and other aspects of innovation of railway transport enterprise are discussed respectively.
