摘    要:劳动者参与企业管理是促进劳动关系和谐的一种重要手段,现实企业劳动关系管理活动中劳动者参与企业管理的形式多样,产生了不同的效果。本文主要探讨劳动者参与管理制度运作过程中的利益博弈行为和博弈过程,提出了完善劳动者参与企业管理制度的几点建议,促进企业劳动关系的和谐与稳定。
