| 摘 要： | 全省科技大会后,新一届省科技厅领导班子提出了新的工作思路,即：实施＂四大战略＂、做好＂四篇文章＂、抓好＂五个园区＂。尤其是2009年,省委省政府决定实施科技创新＂六个一＂工程,创新团队建设是其中一项重要任务,以领军人才为主的科技创新团队建设正在紧张有序的开展。

| Abstract: | After the conference of the province＇s science and technology,the new leadership of department in science technology of jiangxi province put forward new ideas for work,namely：implementation of the ＂four major strategies ＂,Success of the ＂four articles＂,good grasp ＂five zone ＂,especially in 2009,the Provincial party committee government decided to implement the scientific and technological innovation ＂six one＂project,The innovative team building is one of the important tasks,the scientific technological innovation team building based on the leading talent is being carried out orderly. |
