氰酸酯树脂改性及应用概况

摘    要:综述氰酸酯树脂(CE)的种类及热固性树脂、热塑性树脂、橡胶弹性体、含不饱和双键化合物等对CE树脂的改性。改性后的CE具有低的介电常数和介质损耗角正切、高的耐热性、优良的尺寸稳定性、低的吸湿率和良好的工艺性能等诸多优异特性,因而在高性能印刷电路板、宇航结构部件、隐身材料、雷达罩、人造卫星等领域获得了广泛的应用,进而指出了CE的发展方向。

Abstract:The type of cyanate ester resin (CE) and its modification by thermosetting, thermoplastics, rubber elastomer and unsaturated compound with double bond are reviewed. Modified CE has a vast advantages such as low dielectric constant and loss, high heat resistance, good size stability, low water absorbability and good process performance, so it can be applied widely in high performance, printed circuit board, astronavigation structural unit, concealed material, radar cover and man-made satellite. Further the direction of development is pointed out.
