固体超强酸SO4^2-/Fe2O3催化合成乙酸异戊酯的研究

摘    要:制备固体超强酸SO4^2-/Fe2O3,并测定其红外光谱,首次将其作为催化剂应用于合成乙酸异戊酯。考察了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量、酸醇摩尔比等对乙酸酯化反应的影响。研究结果表明,最佳条件下收率可达94.6%。SO4^2-/Fe2O3对合成乙酸异戊酯的反应具有良好的催化作用,活性优于浓硫酸。是对环境友好的优良催化剂。

Abstract:The solid superacid SO42- /Fe2O3 was prepared and IR spectrum of sample was determined. The solid superacid SO42- /Fe2O3 was first used in the synthesis of isoamyl acetate. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature and amount of catalyst, ratio acid and alcohol on the reaction have been examined. Experiments results showed that the yield of isoamyl acetate is 94. 6% in optimum conditions. The solid superacid SO42-/Fe2O3 exhibited higher catalytic activity than sulphuric acid. It is good for environmental protection.
