碳纤维/空心玻璃微珠/聚丙烯三元复合体系的制备及力学性能研究

摘    要:以聚丙烯(PP)为基体、碳纤维(CF)为增强材料、空心玻璃微珠(HGB)为增韧剂制备了CF/HGB/PP三元复合体系,研究了CF、HGB含量对复合体系力学性能的影响,并对复合体系的微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:当CF含量为5份、HGB含量为15份时,CF/HGB/PP三元复合体系的综合力学性能最佳,其拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度分别比纯PP提高了46.5%和17.6%。

Abstract:Taking polypropylene(PP) as matrix,carbon fiber(CF) as reinforcing material,hollow glass bead(HGB) as toughener to prepare CF/HGB/PP ternary composite system.The effects of CF and HGB content on mechanical properties of the composite system were studied.The microstructure of the composite system was also analyzed.The results show that when CF content is 5 phr,HGB content is 15 phr,the comprehensive mechanical properties of CF/HGB/PP ternary composite system are the best,its tensile strength and notched impact strength increase by 46.5% and 17.6% respectively compared with those of pure PP.
