动态硫化改性ABS的力学性能及流变性能

摘    要:研究了动态硫化对ABS力学性能及流变性能的影响,讨论了硫化剂用量、剪切应力、剪切速率对熔体流变行为、熔体黏度的影响及硫化剂用量对改性ABS力学性能的影响。结果表明:动态硫化改性的ABS熔体为假塑性流体,熔体表观黏度随硫化剂用量的增加而增大;在一定范围内随着硫化剂用量的增加,动态硫化改性ABS的拉伸强度、缺口冲击强度逐渐提高。

Abstract:The effects of dynamic vulcanization on mechanical properties and rheological properties of ABS,and the effects of amount of curing agents,shear stress,shear rate on rheological behavior and viscosity of melt were discussed,as well as the effect of different content of curing agent on mechanical properties of modified ABS.The results show that: the melt of dynamic vulcanization modified ABS is pseudoplastic fluid,and the apparent viscosity of the melt increases with the increase of curing agent content;the tensile strength and notched impact strength of dynamic vulcanization ABS improve with the increase of the using amount of curing agent in a certain range.
