| Abstract: | To solve the plate cracking problem due to stress corrosion of spent liquor evaporator in alumina process,a kind of flat and free falling film plate evaporator featuring high evaporation efficiency,low energy consumption and long service life was designed by means of improving construction and material of such plate evaporator.The operation results showed that the new kind of evaporator reached the expected improvement purpose. |
