| 摘 要： | 碳素钢在电解质溶液(例如水)中会形成微电池,碳素钢的基本金相组织为铁素体和渗碳体,在电解质溶液中会形成以低电位的铁素体为阳极,高电位的渗碳体为阴极的腐蚀电流,从而钢材受到腐蚀。中国石油兰州石化分公司合成橡胶厂苯乙烯装置的粗笨乙烯塔(C-53)和塔顶冷凝器(E-55)即存在上述腐蚀。通过在生产中加入复合中和缓蚀剂(EC-1108A)的方法,使腐蚀问题得到了克服。

| Abstract: | Microcells will be formed when carbon steel is in the electrolyte solution.The ferrite and cementite,which are the basic metallurgraphic structure of carbon steel,will produce corrosion electric current in electrolyte solution with ferrite of low electric potential as anode and cementite of high electric potential as cathode.Therefore,the steel materials are corroded.As the above corrosion existed in the crude styrene tower（C-53） and tower overhead condenser（E-55） in the styrene unit of synthetic rubber plant of PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,the addition of compound corrosion inhibitor（EC-1108A） in operation has effectively controlled the corrosion. |
