| 摘 要： | 陕甘宁地区冬季气温相对较低，影响管道工程的施工质量，文章通过多次陕甘宁地区冬季管道施工的实践．总结出该地区冬季施工注意事项及措施，既能确保管道工程在冬季施工时符合石油工程建设规范的要求，又可以保证冬季施工的工程质量及施工安全。

| Abstract: | The air temperature in winter in Shan-Gang-Ning region is relatively low, that influences pipeline construction quality. The matters for attention and countermeasures for pipeline construction in winter in the region are summarized based on many times of construction practice, that can ensure pipeline construction in winter to comply with petroleum engineering construction criteria, and ensure engineering quality and construction safety. |
