| 摘 要： | 探讨了危害分析与关键控制点(HACCP,Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point)体系在食品包装纸及其制品生产中的应用,根据HACCP的基本原理,对食品包装纸及其制品的生产流程进行了分析,找出了危害因素,确定了关键控制点和关键限值,并对关键控制点的监控和纠偏措施进行了讨论。 |
