BIM在建筑全生命周期的应用实践流程探索

该文针对BIM在国内目前建筑全生命周期应用中存在的问题着手研究,提出解决问题的重点在于合理利用BIM在各阶段进行设计、工作和管理,总结了规划、设计、施工和运营阶段中的关键问题与难点,将BIM全生命周期工作流程这个核心能力落实到建筑项目的实践中,以期在项目的实践中推动BIM技术在国内建筑领域的广泛应用。

Application Practice Procession of BIM Technology in Building Lifecycle Management

This paper conducts studies based on the problems in the application of BIM in building lifecycle management. It is pointed out that the key to resolve these problems lies in the rational utilization of BIM at each stage to design, work and manage, with the key problems and difficulties summed up in planning, design, construction and operation phases. It is considered that BIM building lifecycle management, the key competence, be adopted in con-struction projects in hope of promoting the wide application of BIM technology in domestic construction field .
