摘    要:为探索延迟时间对预拌透水水泥混凝土强度及孔隙率的影响,该文进行了相关试验及分析,结果表明:成型条件一致时,透水混凝土的孔隙率随延迟时间的延长逐渐增加。透水混凝土的强度随延迟时间的延长下降非常明显。尝试采用掺调节剂的方式延缓透水混凝土强度随延迟时间的衰减,结果表明,调节剂的掺入能降低强度随延迟时间的衰减速度,利于透水混凝土强度的维持,掺调节剂透水混凝土的强度自2h延迟时间开始出现相对较快的衰减,相比于未掺调节剂的自1h延迟时间便较快衰减有所延长。

Effects of Delay Time on the Strength and Void of Ready-mixed Pervious Cement Concrete
Abstract:To explore the impact of time delay on the strength and porosity of ready-mixed pervious cement concrete, some relevant tests and analyses are done. The results show that when molding conditions are consistent, the porosity of pervious concrete gradually increases as time delay extends, while its strength decreasing significantly. The attempt of adding retarder is made to abate the reduction of strength with time delay. The results show that the addi-tion of retarder can reduce the attenuation speed of strength with time delay, conducive to retain the strength of pervious concrete, which began to reduce fast after two hours of delay, a little bit longer than that of the pervious concrete with no retarder, which began after one hour of delay.
