| 摘 要： | 建筑工程领域的EPC模式指设计、采购及施工一体化,系集成化项目管理模式的范畴。建筑信息模型,简称BIM,是建筑行业的新兴信息技术,对于提升项目管理有着较大的价值[1]。文章从传统设计院转型的工程公司角度出发,采用BIM技术对EPC项目实行全过程的精细化管理,为建立一系列基于BIM技术为核心的企业EPC项目管控体系提供实践基础。 |

Application Practice of BIM Technology in EPC Project |

| Abstract: | EPC mode in construction engineering refers to the integration of design, purchase and construction, one of integrated management modes. BIM, short for Building information mode, is a new information technology in construction industry, and is of great significance in improving project management. For the construction companies which transformed from traditional design institutes, BIM technology is extensively adopted to thoroughly manage the EPC project. It offers some references for relevant projects. |
