| 摘 要： | 对含乙烯基醚的光固化丝网印刷油墨的配方进行了研制,配方中包括双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯(40%～50%),酚醛型环氧丙烯酸酯(30%～35%)以及多官能团的活性单体(15%～25%),光引发剂(10%～15%)等.实验结果表明,乙烯基醚作为活性单体用在环氧丙烯酸酯光固化体系中是可行的.按国家标准对涂膜进行了多项物理性能测试,结果达到要求.

| Abstract: | The photocurable screen printing ink containing vinyl ether reactive diluents was studied.The formulation of the ink included bisphenol-A epoxy acrylate(40%~50%),phenolic aldehyde epoxy acrylate(30%~35%),polyfunctional monomers(15%~25%),and photoinitiator(10%~15%) etc.The experimental results showed that it was feasible to use vinyl ether as reactive monomer in the epoxy acrylate system.The physical properties of cured films had been determined by the national standard test methods.The results showed that the film properties achieved the demand. |
