TC6钛合金热处理工艺研究

摘    要:TC6钛合金经4种典型热处理后,材料性能存在较大的差异,经固溶时效和双重退火处理后材料强度最高、而塑性最低;经普通退火和等温退火后强度降低而塑性较高,TC6钛合金进行等温退火和双重退火热处理时,冷却方式和退火温度对合金性能有较大的影响。在制定TC6钛合金热处理工艺时,可以通过选择合适的冷却方式和退火温度,使合金获得需要的性能。

Abstract:It is found that the properties of TC6 titanium alloy are different after treated by four traditional heat treatment processes. The material strength is highest while the plasticity is lowest after treated by solution annealing and aging, dual annealing. While the strength is lower and the plasticity is higher after treated by conventional annealing and isothermal annealing. When the TC6 treated by dual annealing and isothermal annealing, cooling methods and temperature of heat treatments have great influence on the material properties. Based on the study, the suitable cooling method and heat treat ment processing can be selected for the optimum alloy property.
