DM制丁类放大器的工作效率与转换效率

摘    要:分析了DM制丁类放大器的工作效率、输出功率和转换效率,并讨论了提高其输出功率和转换效率的方法.得到如下结论:①CDA双管输出功率为单管的4倍;②CDA双管输出电路工作效率可大于90%、最大的转换效率可达55.2%;③提高CDA双管输出电路电源电压可以提高其工作效率,增大音频信号输出功率,增大开关管能给出的最大输出功率.

Abstract:The efficiency, output power and conversion efficiency of DM system Class D Amplifier are analyzed. The methods of improving the output power and conversion efficiency are discussed. The following conclusions are made out as follows: ①The output power of the double-tube CDA is four times of the single-tube CDA; ②The efficiency of the output circuit of double-tube CDA is above 90%, the conversion efficiency is up to 55.2%; ③Improving the double-tube CDA output circuit power voltage can improve its work efficiency, increase the output power of audio signals, and increase the greatest output power given by switch tube.
