应用于天然气脱水装置的喷射器设计

摘    要:介绍了喷射器的基本工作原理,将喷射装置应用于压缩机后处理器的脱水装置中,回收用于干燥塔吹冷的那部分天然气,约占压缩杌排气量的15%-20%,从而实现了节能和环保的双重目的。依据热力学原理、空气动力学以及天然气的物性参数,时喷射器进行了热力和结构上的设计计算,进而确定喷射器具体的结构参数和几何尺寸。

Abstract:The working principles of the ejectors for natural gas dehydrators were presented,the ejectors were used in the dehydrator of the post processor of a compressor to recover a part of natural gas that was used to blow cold wind in the dryer,the part of natural gas was about 15%~20% of the air displacement of the compressor,and the targets of both saving energy and environmental protection were realized.The thermal and structural design and calculation of the ejectors were carried out based on the thermodynamic principle,aerodynamics,and the physical parameters of natural gas,and the concrete structural parameters and geometry sizes of the ejectors were determined.
