| Abstract: | In the light of the modern control theory,this paper theoretically analyzes active control on cable stayed bridge flutter.Moreover,builds the controlled equation of the cable stayed bridge experiencing the active control of active mass damper and AMD motion equation,establishes the calculating method of cable stayed bridge flutter's critical wind velocity in the controlled state. |
