| 摘 要： | 参窝水库发电用水主要有农业灌溉用水、汛期洪水和枯水期径流，由于水库运行受保证防洪安全及工、农业用水为前提和科学技术水平条件的制约，过去水库发电用水利用率很低；本文针对这种情况，以预测预报科学为基础，开发出发电用水科学利用的调度技术，这一技术经过几年实践，证明效益明显。本文还提出了该技术今后的研究方向。
