摘    要:对双线电渣炉自耗电极“冻结”现象做了生产观察、实验,分析了“冻结”机理,找出了主要影响因素,提出“理想状态”重熔和“准理想状态”重熔措施,彻底克服了电极“冻结”问题,经两年多生产证明措施切实可行。

Abstract:Observation and test to"frost"phenomenon of consumable electrode in double-line electroslag furnace were conducted,the mechanism of"frost"was analysed,the main active factors were found out,the remelting measures under"ideal state"and"quasi-ideal state"were proposed.In last two years all above works were proved effective and the"frost"was overcome.
