| 摘 要： | 介绍一种用于电力行业ERP评价的新方法,即将ERP看作是一项实体工程,本身具有投入产出,并在评价中考虑其产出的社会经济效益.该方法综合考虑了电力工业作为国民经济支柱行业的特点,提出了对电力行业的ERP实施效益评价,不仅要作企业的财务评价,更需要换个角度,从企业对国民经济的贡献变化来评价ERP实施的效果这一新观点,从而对国民经济评价的方法作了研究探索,使电力行业ERP的效益评价更趋合理、完整.

| Abstract: | A new method for evaluating ERP conducted by power enterprises is proposed.In the method,ERP is considered as an engineering project which has the issues of investment and output,and its social-economic benefits are also evaluated.With consideration of the features of power industry as the backbone industry in national economy,the method proposes that the benefits of ERP conducted by power enterprises should be evaluated not only from financial results of power enterprise,but also from the contribution change of enterprises to the national economy.A case example is also given. |
