分切打叶工艺设备的研究与应用

摘    要:目前在实施分切打叶时主要存在3个问题,即传统的铺叶切断设备无法满足分切打叶工艺精确控制烟叶分切比例的要求,以及如何提高叶基烟叶的打叶效率与非叶基烟叶的风分效率.为此,对目前国内使用的分切打叶工艺与设备进行了研究,确定在分切打叶中使用烟叶智能定位装置控制烟叶的分切比例,采用吹式打叶技术提高叶基烟叶的打叶效率,采用分流式风分技术提高非叶基烟叶的风分效率.试验结果表明,分切打叶工艺设备与传统全叶打叶机组相比,以中部烟为例,出片率提升0.42%,大中片率提升2%左右,碎片率降低0.4%,有助于烟叶的充分利用和纯化烟叶品质.
