| 摘 要： | 农用地质量评价是土地管理工作由数量型管理向质量型管理方向转变的一项基础工作。本文在界定农用地质量的基本概念、阐述农用地质量定量化可行性及定量化方法的基础上，重点论述了农用地质量评价的基本思路、全国农用地分等定级估价工作进展、农用地分等定级估价成果及表达形式与应用等内容。建议进一步扩大成果在国土资源管理与改革中的应用力度，做好与第二次全国土地调查、金土工程等相关工作的衔接。

| Abstract: | Farmland quality assessment is a basic work for land management, indicating land management has a transition from quantity to quality. The paper, based on the conception of farmland quality, and on the feasibility and methods of quantitative farmland evaluation, expands the technical framework and progresses in China's farmland classification, graduation and assessment project as well as its outcome products, forms, and their possible applications in land resources management fields, and presents some suggestions for the further work in the second national land survey and “Golden Land Project”. |
